starating with pizza


I started with pizza.Its easy to make and delicious to eat.Juicy vegetables on a crunchy dough.Perfect for lunch.Here is the recipe i used......


175 g strong plain white flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp easy-blend yeast
150 ml warm water1 tbsp olive oil



First sift the flour,salt and yeast.make a little well in the middle and add the water and olive oil.Knead for 5 minuts until smooth.Cover and lit it rest for 1 1/2 hours.Push down and cover again it for another half an hour.Then roll a round on a lightly flourd surface and roll out in to a pizza shape circle but don't make it to thick or to thin.Put the dough on baking sheet and add your favourite vegetables and toppings.Shove in to the oven and bake at 220'c until the crust is perfectly goldon.
